Get Out is a movie in the horror/thriller genre that was released in 2017. The plot centers around a guy named Chris Washington and his girlfriend who go on a family trip to see her parents. While at her parent’s house, Chris discovers the families somewhat odd behaviors…which brings you to the horror/thriller aspect of the film.

This Get Out poster was a project assignment for a college class where we were asked to create an original print ad poster from a list of selected movies. All aspects of the project were done in Adobe Illustrator; the typography, shapes, colors, perspectives, etc. I chose red and black as the color theme as I felt it best depicted the horror side of the film.
